How will I get to and from the airport?

Transportation to and from the airport is INCLUDED in the price of the room. Should you want to remove the service, or only want a one way trip to/from the airport, please reach out to our travel agent by email at guests@ourdestinationweddings.com or by phone at (844)-568-3639.

When should I arrive?

The weekend festivities officially begin on Friday evening, but we'd suggest arriving on Thursday evening or by Friday afternoon to give yourself some time to unwind. For the early arrivals, head to the beach, play a round of golf, or explore any of the amenities Casa de Campo has to offer! You will also need to stay for a minimum of 3 nights - more information about stay requirements on the Hotel tab. And don't forget, Friday the 19th is a federal holiday (Juneteenth) in the US. Hopefully this makes it a bit easier for your travel plans!

Which airport should I fly into?

There are three airports to choose from with different advantages:

1) Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

A large airport with many direct flights from New York and other major U.S. cities. Located about a one hour drive from Casa de Campo, PUJ is a popular and convenient choice for travelers heading to the resort. If you are planning to rent a car, we'd recommend flying to PUJ over SDQ to avoid the chaos of the capital.

2) Las Américas International Airport - Santo Domingo (SDQ)

The largest airport in the Dominican Republic, SDQ offers the most international flight options. About a 1-1.5 hour drive from Casa de Campo, SDQ is ideal for travelers looking for more flight availability, including direct routes from New York and other major hubs. If flying to SDQ, we'd recommend a car service or taxi to get to the resort.

3) La Romana International Airport

The closest airport to Casa de Campo, just a 5-minute drive away. However, LRM does not offer direct flights from New York or most major U.S. cities. Most flights to LRM require a layover, typically in Miami or Puerto Rico, and only on American Airlines. While these flights can be a bit pricier, make sure to also factor in the savings from transportation from one of the larger airports.

Do I need a rental car?

Nope! Every room at the resort comes with use of a personal golf cart to get around the property. A rental car can be helpful for getting to and from the airport and for exploring the country outside the resort, but most people find it unnecessary for staying at the resort.
